1) All goods sold are NOT refundable nor exchangeable.

2) Prices are NOT negotiable.

3) Items are in good quality unless otherwise stated.

4) We are NOT responsible for any damages or lost caused during shipping.

5) We sell at a first come first serve basis.

6) NO change of orders can be made after transactions are made.

7) Unpaid items will only be reserved for a maximum of 2 days. To secure reserved item, part payment of 50% has to be made.

8) Once the payment has been made, please notify us. Postage will normally be sent from Mondays to Fridays.

9) The delivery charges are NOT INCLUDED in the articles displayed UNLESS stated otherwise.

10) We will reply your mail or text msgs as soon as possible, if you did not get our reply within 24 hours, kindly e-mail or text us again.
